Article 39: Restrictions Applicable to Unmarked Arm

No person shall keep, carry, possess and act as dealer [sell] in an unmarked arm.



Article 41: Identification Marks Put On Arms

All arms manufactured, purchased or exposed for sale shall bear the following particulars: the country of manufacture, the logo of the manufacturing industry, the year of manufacture, a serial number engraved into an appropriate part and the manufacturing industry.
