Les Représentants de l'Etat dans les Cercles ou dans le District de Bamako tiennent constamment à jour:
1) un registre des commerçants de leur ressort, autorisés à exercer le commerce des armes à feu et/ou des munitions, comportant l'identité ou la raison sociale du bénéficiaire, l'adresse du magasin, la référence de l'autorisation d'exercer le commerce des armes et munitions;

Le Ministre chargé de la Sécurité Intérieure tient constamment à jour:
- un fichier recensant sur l'ensemble des circonscriptions administratives, les commerçants, fabricants d'armes et de munitions, et les réparateurs d'armes à feu;
