Article 10:
Le Ministre chargé de la Sécurité Intérieure peut retirer l'autorisation de l'exercice du commerce ou de la fabrication des armes et munitions dans les cas suivants:
1) lorsque le titulaire cesse de remplir les conditions exigées pour obtenir l'autorisation ou en cas de changement survenu après délivrance de celle-ci dans la nature juridique de l'entreprise, l'objet ou le lieu de ses activités;
2) lorsque le bénéficiaire de l'autorisation a commis une infraction relative aux dispositions de la loi N°04-050 du 12 novembre 2004 régissant les armes et munitions en République du Mali ou ses textes d'application;
3) lorsque la personne physique titulaire de l'autorisation ou une personne exerçant dans la société titulaire de l'autorisation, une fonction de direction, d'administration ou de gérance a été condamnée à une peine d'emprisonnement pour délit ou crime dans l'exercice de ses fonctions, à une peine d'emprisonnement ferme supérieure à trois mois.

Article 10:
The Minister in charge of Internal Security may withdraw the authorisation to trade or manufacture firearms and ammunition in the following cases:
1) when the holder ceases to meet the requirements for authorisation, or any change occurring after issuance thereof, in the legal nature of the company, object or place of business;
2) if the recipient of the authorisation has committed an offense relating to the provisions of the Act No 04-050 of November 12, 2004, Regulating Arms and Ammunition in the Republic of Mali or its implementing texts;
3) when the individual holder of the authorisation or a person working in the company holding the authorisation, at the directorate level, of the administration, or at the management level, has been sentenced to imprisonment for any offense or crime in the practice of his functions, to a prison term exceeding three months.
