Article 37:

Les commerçants et les fabricants d'armes et de munitions doivent tenir des registres de contrôle des entrées et des sorties respectivement pour les armes et les munitions.

Ces registres sont cotés et paraphés par le Représentant de l'Etat dans le cercle de leur résidence ou dans le District de Bamako.

Ils doivent être présentés à toute réquisition de l'autorité administrative compétente qui doit effectuer des vérifications au moins tous les six mois.

Article 37:

Dealers and manufacturers of firearms and ammunition shall keep registers to control the inputs and outputs of firearms and ammunition.

These registers are numbered and initialed by the State Representative of the place of residence or the District of Bamako.

They must be produced on demand to the competent administrative authority that has to perform audits at least every six months.
