Une fois l'autorisation d'importation ou d'achat obtenue, l'acquéreur doit se faire délivrer, sur présentation de l'arme et de sa facture d'achat, un permis de port d'arme par le Gouverneur de Région ou du District après acquittement de la taxe sur les armes, de l'exercice en cours.
