Article 10:

The authorisation to hold firearms provided for in Articles 51 and 62 of this Act shall be granted only to Chief Conservation Officers of National parks or to game wardens, and shall be requested by the Ministry in charge of nature conservation.

It may also be granted to other persons in all cases where, due to circumstances, the competent authority finds it necessary to take special measures, especially for the preservation of public peace or homeland defence…
