Art. 36.

Les infractions aux dispositions des articles 5, 6 et 10 alinéas 2, 12, 13, 15, 30 et 31, alinéa 2 de la présente ordonnance-loi sont punies d'une servitude pénale de 5 à 10 ans et d'une amende de 10.000 à 50.000 zaïres.

Les peines prévues ci-dessus sont portées au double lorsque ces infractions sont commises dans une partie du territoire national où ont lieu des opérations militaires.

Art. 36.

Breaches of the provisions of articles 5, 6 and 10, paragraphs 2, 12, 13, 15, 30 and 31, paragraph 2, of this Ordinance are punishable by a prison term of 5 to 10 years and a fine of 10,000 to 50,000 zaires.

The above mentioned penalties are doubled if the offence is committed in a part of the country where military operations are held.
