Artículo 77.Permiso de Inscripción de Armas Permitidas de Colección

Las personas físicas y las personas jurídicas, podrán poseer colecciones de armas permitidas, con valor histórico, estético, cultural o criminalístico, previo permiso del Departamento emitido mediante Resolución razonada.

El permiso de inscripción de armas de colección faculta al propietario para tenerlas en el lugar declarado ante el Departamento y para el fin único de colección. Esas armas deberán ser desactivadas.

Article 77. Registration of Permitted Firearm Collections

Individuals and legal entities may have collections of permitted firearms with historical, aesthetic, cultural or forensic value providing that they have been authorised by the Arms and Explosives Control Department through a Resolution.

The licence entitles the owner to keep the arms only in the place stated in the application submitted to the Department and exclusively for collection purposes. These firearms must be deactivated.
