Artículo 26. Requisito de Idoneidad

Las personas físicas que soliciten la inscripción o deseen portar un arma de fuego permitida, deberán aportar al Departamento, un dictamen extendido por un sicólogo o siquiatra incorporado al Colegio Profesional respectivo, sobre la idoneidad mental del petente, el cual deberá indicar, con toda claridad la aptitud para el uso de armas de fuego permitidas.

Article 26. Competence Certificate

Individuals applying for a permitted firearm possession or carrying licence, must give to the Arms and Explosives Control Department a mental health certificate issued by a psychologist or psychiatrist who belongs to a professional association. The certificate must declare the applicant's aptitude to use permitted firearms.
