El permiso especial de portación de armas permitidas faculta al autorizado, para portar el arma cargada en poblado para su defensa personal. Procederá cuando la vida de la persona autorizada estuviere razonablemente expuesta al peligro.

Article 48. Special Licence to Carry Arms

The special licence to carry firearms authorises the licensee to carry a loaded firearm for personal defense in inhabited areas. The licence may be granted when the life of the authorised person is reasonably exposed to danger.
