Artículo 49. Vigencia del Permiso Especial de Portación

El permiso especial de portación de arma permitida tendrá una duración de un año y podrá ser renovado por periodos iguales. El Departamento podrá revocar el permiso en cualquier momento por razones de seguridad o porque se modifiquen las circunstancias de hecho en virtud de las cuales se concedió.

Article 49. Renewal of the Special Licence to Carry Arms

The special licence to carry arms will be valid for one year and may be renewed for equal periods. The Arms and Explosives Control Department may revoke the licence at any time for safety reasons or because the circumstances under which it was granted, changed.
