Artículo 75. Información de los Comerciantes

Los comerciantes autorizados para el expendio de armas permitidas deberán informarle al Departamento, dentro de los tres días hábiles siguientes y por medio del formulario que éste les suplirá, sobre las ventas de armas realizadas, con el suministro de los datos necesarios para la identificación del comprador y de las armas.

Será responsabilidad del comprador presentar la solicitud de inscripción, dentro de los seis días hábiles siguientes.

Article 75. Information Sent by Dealers

Authorised arms dealers must send to the Arms and Explosives Control Department the information on any arms sales within three working days. The information, including all the necessary data to identify the buyer and the arms, must be written in the form provided by the Department.

The buyer must submit an application for firearm registration within six working days.
