Article 3:

The depositary of magazines and stores must keep a register, of all introduction and transfer operations, which will be sent, by registered letter, to the prefects or sub-prefect, and will be made available to representatives of the administration whenever required.

He/she must provide quarterly statements of his/her supplies of firearms and ammunition to the concerned prefect.
