Artículo 86. Obligaciones de los Propietarios de Armería

Al otorgase la licencia respectiva, el interesado deberá llevar un libro de control para el registro de las armas de fuego que le sean encomendadas para su reparación y/o mantenimiento, en el cual deberá constar el nombre del propietario y su domicilio, marca, número de serie, calibre, así como el registro de la licencia de tenencia de las mismas.

El libro de control debe ser autorizado por la DIGECAM y de su movimiento deberá rendir informe por escrito cada fin de mes.

Article 86. Obligations of Armoury Owners

Licence holders must keep a logbook and register the firearms that they have been asked to repair and/or service. The logbook must contain the gun owner's name and address, the arm's brand, serial number, calibre and licence registration number.

The logbook must be approved by the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control and then armoury owner must send written reports of the transactions at the end of the month.
