Export Controls (Autorisation d'Exportation)

Le ministre de l'Intérieur autorise les commerçants agréés à importer des lots d'armes et de munitions. Les commerçants déposent à cet effet une demande portant sur leurs besoins semestriels, le renouvellement des stocks d'armes et munitions ne pourra être autorisé qu'à partir du moment où la moitié du lot importé précédemment aura été écoulé.

Les commerçants doivent se soumettre:
- aux conditions d'installation de leur magasin et poudrières;
- aux conditions de tenue de registre des entrées et sorties des armes et munitions.

The Minister of the Interior authorises licensed dealers to import consignments of firearms and ammunition. Dealers shall file this application on their semi-annual needs, the renewal of stockpiles of firearms and ammunition will be allowed only from the moment where half of the imported consignment has been previously cleared.

Dealers must comply with:
- installation conditions of their stores and gunpowder stores;
- conditions of keeping a register of entries and exits of firearms and ammunition.
