Artículo 123. Portación Ilegal de Armas de Fuego de Uso Civil y/o Deportivas

Comete el delito de portación ilegal de armas de fuego de uso civil y/o deportivas, quien sin licencia de la DIGECAM o sin estar autorizado legalmente porte armas de fuego de las clasificadas en esta Ley como de uso civil, deportivas o de ambas clases.

El responsable de este delito será sancionado con prisión de ocho (8) a diez (10) años inconmutables, y comiso de las armas.

Article 123. Illegal Carrying of Civilian and/or Sports Firearms

The crime of illegally carrying civilian and/or sports firearms is committed by those who carry firearms classified in this Law for civilian and sport use or both types, without the licence issued by the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control or without having the corresponding legal authorisation.

This crime will be punished with imprisonment from eight to ten years, and confiscation of weapons.
