Las personas que estén debidamente autorizadas para funcionar como intermediario y cuyo propósito sean realizar actividades estrictamente de transacción de intermediación en la jurisdicción nacional o fuera de esta, deben tener una licencia otorgada por la DIGECAM, la cual debe ser ratificada por el Ministro del ramo, por medio de un acuerdo gubernativo, cuya validez será únicamente para una transacción y caducará en un plazo de noventa (90) días en caso de no ser utilizadas por el titular.

Article 97. Brokering

Persons who are duly authorised to act as brokers and whose purpose is to participate only in brokering activities within and outside the national jurisdiction, must have a licence issued by the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control, which must be ratified by the corresponding Ministry through a governmental agreement. The licence will only be valid for a single transaction and will expire within ninety days if it is not used by the holder.
