Artículo 63. Procedimiento de Registro de Tenencia

El registro de la tenencia de armas de fuego, lo hará personalmente el interesado en la DIGECAM, presentando el o las armas que pretenda registrar con la factura que ampare su propiedad o testimonio de la escritura de compraventa.

El interesado deberá proporcionar dos (2) municiones, con el objeto de tomar las huellas balísticas del arma lo que hará en el mismo acto.

Article 63. Possession Licence

In order to obtain a possession licence, the interested party must apply in person at the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control. It is necessary to show the arms and the receipt of purchase or the buying and selling deed.

The interested party must supply two bullets in order to take the arm's ballistic fingerprints which will be done during the registration process.
