Artículo 54: Tránsito de Armas y Municiones

El tránsito de armas de fuego, sus piezas, componentes y municiones, por el territorio nacional, será permitido únicamente cuando el interesado tenga la autorización de embarque o carga en tránsito otorgada por la DIGECAM. El control del tránsito se efectuará en coordinación con las autoridades de la Superintendencia de Administración Tributaria -SAT-.

Article 54. Firearm and Ammunition Transit

Firearm and ammunition transit through the national territory is only allowed when the concerned party has been issued a transit permit by the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control. The transit will be jointly supervised by the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control and the Superintendence of Tax Administration.
