La poursuite et le renforcement du Programme National de Désarmement et de Réinsertion lancé depuis le 23 janvier 2002 avec l'appui financier et technique du PNUD et du BONUCA (Bureau des Nations Unies pour la Centrafrique) exécuté par le Programme National de Désarmement et de Réinsertion (PNDR). Le PNDR a permis de détruire 714 armes le 15 juin 2002 et a enregistré 809 détenteurs illégaux en attente de réinsertion. La deuxième phase d'incinération des armes et la destruction des munitions et explosifs est en cours de préparation.

The continuation and strengthening of the National Programme of Disarmament and Reintegration launched since January 23, 2002, with financial and technical support of UNDP and BONUCA (United Nations Peace-building Office in the Central African Republic) and executed by the National Programme on Disarmament and Reintegration (PNDR). The PNDR has allowed the destruction of 714 arms on June 15, 2002, and has recorded 809 illegal holders awaiting reintegration. The second phase of arms incineration and destruction of ammunition and explosives is being prepared.
