21. Un secrétariat général chargé de la coordination des services de sécurité et des polices a entre autre dans ses attributions le suivi, la prévention et la lutte contre le trafic illicite d'armes à feu. Ce volet est exécuté par les corps de police qui en fournissent régulièrement les rapports et les statistiques.
22. La protection des dépôts d'armes en mains des Forces armées est renforcée par des mesures appliquées par les organes de Gestion du domaine au niveau des unités et des Etats-Majors Généraux.
23. Le contrôle de la circulation des armes sur tout le territoire est centralisé par le Commandant des Forces Armées, tel que prévu par la loi réglementant le régime des armes à feu.

21. A general secretariat is responsible for coordinating security and police services, and has, among other functions, [responsibility for] the monitoring, the prevention and the combat against illicit trafficking of firearms. The police, who regularly provide reports and statistics, execute this mandate.
22. The protection of armouries in the hands of the armed forces is reinforced by measures applied by the organs of the Management of the domain at the unit and general staff levels.
23. The control of arms movements throughout the country is centralised by the Commander of the Armed Forces, as provided by the law regulating the firearms regime.
