Clause 3.2 Legal Base of the Republic of Latvia regulating the export, import and transit of small arms and light weapons

Clause 3.2.2 Use of certificate of end-user is one of the preconditions for export and transit through the territory of the Republic of Latvia. The requirements and conditions of this certificate of end-user are drawn up in accordance with the requirements of EU Code of Conduct and shall be required as provided in the Law on Circulation of Strategic Goods. This Law has been drafted and will be co-ordinated with concerned institutions.
