Penalties for Offences

A number of national government bodies of the Republic of Belarus deal with issues relating to small arms and light weapons, each in its own area of competence:

Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Ministry of Defence;
Ministry of Internal Affairs;
State Security Committee;
State Border Committee;
State Military and Industrial Committee;
State Customs Committee;
General Procurator's Office of the Republic of Belarus;

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for coordinating the participation of the Republic of Belarus in international activities related to small arms and light weapons.
