Article 235. Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices.

Illegal procurement, transportation, keeping or carrying of weapons, explosives or
explosive devices, except smooth-bore long-barrel hunting guns, ammunition, is
punishable by detention for the term of up to 3 months, or with imprisonment for the term of up to 3 years, with or without a fine in the amount of up to 500 times the minimal salaries.
