Section 15 The Firearms Act 10:09 deals with firearm brokers.

To be a broker one should have no criminal record, have good reason to be in that business of brokering. The person must be of good mental health.

Automatic rifles are not permitted to be possessed by members of the public or broker as outlined by the Firearms Act 10:09.
