Subject of Legislation

This law shall regulate the trade in service, hunting, sports, training, award and collection weapons and self-defence weapons.

Trade in military weapons, which is under the competence of the Ministry of Defence, Information and Security Agency of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of the Interior, shall be regulated by positive laws and military rulebooks.
