Article 4
Weapon in the sense of this law are categorized in the following categories:
Category A - weapon that's purchasing is forbidden:
1. Fire weapon that is usually used as a war weapon;
2. Automatic fire weapon;
3. Fire weapon disguised in form of other object;
4. Ammunition with projectile that penetrate, with explosive and flammable projectiles and projectiles for that ammunition;
5. Ammunition for pistols and revolvers that contain grain with expansive reaction and grains for that ammunition, beside used as ammunition for hunting or sport weapons;
6. Fire weapon with implemented silencer;
7. Explosive weapon and its parts;
8. Gas weapon;
9. Cold weapon; and
10. Special equipment for weapon.
As forbidden fire weapon, in the sense of paragraph 2 of this article will not be considered hunting and sport weapon equipped with optic magnifier.
Category B - weapon that can be purchased based upon permission:
1. Semi automatic or repeating short fire weapon;
2. One-shot short fire weapon, with a central igniter;
3. One-shot short fire weapon, with total length no longer than 28 cm;
4. Semi automatic long fire weapon, with a depot and chamber that can accept more than 3 bullets;
5. Semi automatic long fire weapon, with a depot and chamber that can accept no more than 3 bullets and who's filling is not fixed;
6. Repeating and semi automatic long fire weapon, with unpeeled barrel no longer than 60 cm;
7. Semi automatic log fire weapon, for civil use, similar to automatic fire weapon,
8. One-shot long fire weapon with one or more unpeeled barrels;
9. Air weapon; and
10. Weapon for industrial use.
Category C - weapon that can be purchased by a legal subject with permission:
1. Repeating long fire weapon, which is not included with item 6 of category B;
2. One-shot long fire weapon with a peeled barrel;
3. Semi automatic long fire weapon, that is not included with items 4, 5, 6 and 7 of category B;
4. One-shot short fire weapon no longer that 28 cm;
Category D - weapon that needs to be reported and that is given with confirmation:
1. Old weapon and
2. Weapon with a cord.
