Article 13

Physical person has a justified reason for purchasing weapon according to article 9 paragraph 1 item 5 of this law, if he can prove that:

- there are justified reasons for possessing weapon, and especially if he personal safety, the safety of his family or property are in serious danger, for which it is needed to possess a weapon in order of their protection and security or if his work and duties that he perform at work are of such nature that can cause danger from jeopardizing his life or property.

- Fulfills conditions in accordance with hunting regulations;

- Is active member of sport shooting association.
