Article 19

Body in charge will refuse to issue permission for weapon for which it can not be proven its origin, has no proper stamp in a way defined with this law or when during the procedure of registration will be confirmed the reason for declining the request for issuing permission to purchase weapon.

In cases of item 1 of this article it will be taken the weapon and the permission for purchasing weapon, while the weapon will be treated in accordance with article 42 of this law.
