Article 31
Collectors and other people that purchase or possess old weapon, are obliged to keep the weapon in a closed cupboard or safe or in a special space that is technically secure.
Museums are obliged to keep weapons in space that are technically secure and to exhibit them in a way that will disable access or stealing of the weapon.
