Article 42
Weapon and ammunition taken over during crime or violation procedure will be given out to Ministry of Internal affairs within 15 days from the powerful decision.
Weapon and ammunition from paragraph 1 of this article are used for official use of the Ministry of Internal affairs, the Ministry of Defense i.e. the Army of Republic of Macedonia, if they are not part of the weapons arsenal of the Ministry of Internal affairs, and can to be sold to physical and legal subjects that fulfill conditions of this law.
Assets gained from selling of weapons and ammunition are incomes of the Budget of Republic of Macedonia.
