5 Delegation

The Commissioner may, in writing, delegate to a police officer Force or public sector employee any of the Commissioner's powers and functions under this Act, other than:
(a) the forming of the necessary opinion for the purposes of section 10(8A), 33(3A) or 40A(1); or
(b) this power of delegation.

[According to Section 3 of this Act, 'Commissioner' means Commissioner of Police]
