Para la expedición de los permisos de exportación de las armas, objetos o materiales mencionados, los interesados deberán acreditar ante la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, que ya tienen el permiso de importación del gobierno del país a donde se destinen.

Article 56

For the issuing of export permits for the arms, items or materials mentioned, the interested party must certify to the Secretariat of National Defence, that he holds an import permit from the government of the destination country.
