En el domicilio se podrán poseer armas para la seguridad y defensa legítima de sus moradores. Su posesión impone el deber de manifestarlas a la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, para su registro.

Por cada arma se extenderá constancia de su registro.

Article 15

The possession of firearms for security and legitimate defence of its residents is allowed at home. The possession implies the obligation to present the firearms to the Secretariat of the National Defence for their registration.

Each firearm shall be provided with evidence of its registration.
