Safety Requirements - Art. 33

1. Without prejudice to Article 10, para 1, preamble and under b. Our minister may set requirements for the purpose of safety, which spares and means of transport in which weapons or ammunition of the categories II and III are kept or transported, should meet. If such requirements are set for spaces and means of transport used by the armed forces, this will happen by Our Minister of Defence.
