Article 63

The Ministry of Internal Affairs keeps records of the issued approvals for purchase of arms, license for arms, licenses for possession of arms, licenses for carrying of arms, registered old arms, confiscated, found and delivered arms and ammunition.

Article 64

Rifle and hunting associations, legal entities which are users of wild life in hunting areas and other legal entities which possess arms on the basis of a license for possession of arms are obliged to keep records of the arms and ammunition and of persons to whom they give the arms for use.

Records of arms and ammunition are obliged to be also kept by trading companies that carry out:
- production of arms and ammunition, for the produced and delivered arms and ammunition;
- repair and modification of arms, for the repaired and modified arms;
- trade with arms and ammunition, for the purchased and sold arms and ammunition.
- civilian shooting ranges are obliged to keep records of the issued and used ammunition.
