Article 53

The Minister of Internal Affairs issues an approval for export or import of arms and ammunition to the trading companies from Article 44 Paragraph 1 of this law and to natural persons and legal entities that possess an approval for purchase of arms, for every agreed quantity of arms and ammunition.

The request for the issuance of the approval from Paragraph 1 of this article contains the following:
- title and headquarters, or personal name and address of the seller, the buyer and the producer;
- type, brand, serial number and quantity of arms and ammunition;
- the register number of the prototype in the National Catalogue.

The approval from Paragraph 1 of this article is issued with a validity of three months.
