Article 18

A natural or legal entity that was issued an approval for procurement of arms is obliged to file a request for registration of the arms with the competent authority and to submit the procured arms for a test firing of a projectile within 8 days from the day of procurement of the arms.

For arms procured on the basis of an approval, a natural person is issued a license for arms, whereas a legal entity is issued a license for possession of arms.

For the same hunting or sports arms, a license for arms can be issued to a maximum of 3 individuals (co-users of the arms).
