Article 12

It shall be considered that there is a danger for the public order as referred to in Article 9, Paragraph 1, Point 4 of this article if:

- the natural person has been sentenced for a premeditated crime with a valid verdict, which is prosecuted in line of duty;
- the natural person has been sentenced with a valid verdict for violation of the public order and peace with elements of violence; and
- there are other circumstances indicating that arms could be abused, in particular: frequent and excessive alcohol consumption or use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or precursors; severely disturbed relationships in the family or at work; violations of the regulations on hunting or sports shooting etc.
