Section 38. Procedures of Wholesale and Retail Trade, Export, Import and Transit of Weapons, Munitions, Explosives, Explosive Devices, Special Means and Pyrotechnic Articles

(1) Merchants have the right to realise weapons, special means, munitions or pyrotechnic articles only in specially equipped shops or from warehouses the addresses of which have been specified in the special permit (licence)…

(3) The merchant shall notify the State Police on the realisation of each firearm or high pneumatic weapon within a time period of three days and provide the information thereto regarding the buyer and the weapon realised…

(5) A licence for the export, import or transit of goods of strategic significance shall be required for each export, import or transit operation with rifled firearms, munitions, components and accessories thereof, explosives, explosive devices, propellants, as well as Class 2, 3 and 4 pyrotechnic articles and military pyrotechnics. The Committee for Control of Goods of Strategic Significance shall issue such licences.
