Section 10. Permit for Possession of Weapons

A permit to possess a weapon shall grant to a person the right to keep a firearm or a high-energy pneumatic weapon at the place of residence or immovable property of the owner of the weapon (natural person) specified in the permit or in a specially arranged weapons storehouse of the owner of the weapon (legal person), to transport or convey a weapon and to acquire and possess munitions thereof, as well as to apply and utilise a weapon in accordance with the cases and procedures prescribed by law.
