Regulation of Manufacture and Sale of Certain Firearms and Ammunition and Other Transactions

28.(1) Every person who by way of trade or business manufactures, sells or transfers firearms1 or ammunition to which this Part applies shall provide and keep a register of transactions and shall enter or cause to be entered therein the particulars set out in forms B, C and D in the First Schedule.
