Basic Provisions

Article 1

This Law regulates: planning, development of the armaments and military equipment manufacturing and overhaul process; criteria for identification and utilization of the armaments and military equipment manufacturing and overhaul capacity; trade in armaments and military equipment; security and safety of manufacturing and trade in armaments and military equipment; assessment of compliance with the prescribed requirements for armaments and military equipment; manufacturing and overhaul of armaments and military equipment in war and in the event of immediate threat to the independence and integrity of the Republic of Croatia, and recognition of the patents for the invention of interest for defense affairs.
