Art. 28 Transport of arms

1 The licence to carry arms is not required for the transport of arms, in particular:
a. to or from training courses, exercises or events organized by soft air gun or shooting clubs, associations or military federations;
b. to or from an arsenal;
c. to or from the holder of a licence to trade in arms;
d. to or from a specialized event;
e. when changing place of residence.

2 During the transport of firearms, the arms and ammunitions must be separated.
