General Principles

Article 3

Firearms shall be under strict control by the state.

No individual or unit is permitted to possess, manufacture (or manufacture in modified models, or assembly), purchase, sell, lent or lend out firearms in violation of the law and regulations.

The state shall impose heavy penalty on those who violate the law and relevant regulations for their criminal offense.

It is the liability of every individual or unit to inform against breach of the law and relevant regulations on the control of firearms.

Due protection shall be rendered and award be conferred to those who have done meritorious service to reporting on criminal offense in violation of the law and regulations on the control of firearms.
