At present, women are only 9.41% represented among gun licence holders in the Czech Republic, with relatively significant regional differences. […] in proportion to male holders of firearms licenses, women are most represented in Prague with 11.92% and least represented in the Pardubice Region with 8.02%.

The highest number of women are armed in the south of Bohemia, with 2.3 times more women per capita than in the Moravian-Silesian region, which is at the other end of the statistics.

Overall, 0.53% of women in the Czech Republic are legally armed (all including minors). The South Bohemia (0.81%), Pilsen (0.71%), Pardubice (0.37%) and Moravia-Silesia (0.35%) regions deviate significantly from the average.
