1) Description of national programmes for the destruction of surplus SALW held by the Armed Forces and paramilitary forces

Seized or obsolete firearms held by the Armed Forces are surrendered to the National Commission. They are, after registration in the relevant register, publicly destroyed.

2) Destruction of all illicit seized SALW

All illicit seized firearms are destroyed, without exception.
