51. Regulations

(1) The Minister may make rules and regulations for implementation of this Bill.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection(1) of this section, the Minister may, by notice, make rules and regulations regarding the following:

(a) determination and payment of fees;
(b) security and safety of firearms or ammunition [at a] business location;
(c) transportation of firearms and ammunition;
(d) collection and disposal of firearms and ammunition;
(e) accreditation of firearm trainers;
(f) possession of antique firearms;
(g) issuance of licences and permits and
(h) carrying of firearms and ammunition.
