Artigo 39. O registro é medida obrigatória para pessoas físicas ou jurídicas, de direito público ou privado, que fabriquem, utilizem industrialmente, armazenem, comerciem, exportem, importem, manuseiem, transportem, façam manutenção e recuperem produtos controlados pelo Exército…

Artigo 41. O registro será formalizado pela emissão do TR ou CR, que terá validade fixada em até três anos, a contar da data de sua concessão ou revalidação, podendo ser renovado a critério da autoridade competente, por iniciativa do interessado.

Parágrafo único. Não será concedido CR ao possuidor de TR.

Artigo 42. O TR é o documento hábil que autoriza a pessoa jurídica à fabricação de produtos controlados pelo Exército.

Artigo 43. O CR é o documento hábil que autoriza as pessoas físicas ou jurídicas à utilização industrial, armazenagem, comércio, exportação, importação, transporte, manutenção, reparação, recuperação e manuseio de produtos controlados pelo Exército.

Registration – Preliminary Provisions

Section 39. Registration by the Army is compulsory for individuals or legal entities involved in the manufacture, industrial use, storage, commerce, export, import, handling, transport, maintenance and recovery of controlled products…

Section 41. The registration shall be formalised by issuing a TR or CR, which shall be valid for three years starting from the date of issuance, or renewal, and may be renewed at the discretion of the competent authority, upon initiative of the concerned party.

Single paragraph. No CR shall be granted to the holder of a TR.

Section 42. The TR is the legal document authorising the legal entity to manufacture of goods controlled by the Army.

Section 43. The CR is the legal document authorising individuals or legal persons to use [industrial use], store, trade, export, import, transport, maintain, repair, recover and handle goods controlled by the Army.
