Article 1

This Law specifies the conditions for export and import of military goods and non-military lethal goods for commercial purposes; powers for the issuance of licenses for export and import of military goods and non-military lethal goods within the competences of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Interior; provision of services pertaining to military goods; competences of state administration bodies in the implementation of this Law; rights and obligations of exporters, importers and service providers; conditions for the pursuit of activities prescribed by this Law; and control and administrative measures.
